The YMCYC Climbing Club is for everyone who takes on the climbs: a list, a sticker, and the joy of having been up there. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to prove. Ride and stick, and you are simply in.
Climb the climb. Stick the sticker. Share the photo.
Three steps, that is the entire rulebook.
- Climb the climb. However slowly. Done is done.
- Stick the sticker. It looks best up at the pass sign. But honestly: it sticks anywhere.
- Share the photo. Tag @ymcyc.club in the picture itself, then we will find it. We repost every single one.
Where you stick it
Doesn’t matter, the pass sign is the (boring) premier league. Everything else counts too: the coffee cup at the café stop, the frame, the bottle, the toolbox, the laptop at the office. A sticker down in the flat is a sticker that wants to climb one day.
Show us your best sticker spots on Insta. The best ideas come from you anyway.
The Sticker Spot of the Month
Once a month we go through all the tagged photos and pick one spot: the nicest, the oddest or the most impossible. Whoever stuck it gets a YMCYC poster. On us.
No raffle, no draw, no terms and conditions. Stick a sticker, tag us, you are in.
The bucket list
The best bucket list for climbing is the 100 Legendary Road Cycling Climbs. Then there are the Regional Climbs, starting with Mallorca and its 50 climbs. How many have you ridden?
The stickers
The club sticker sheet is not for sale on its own. Stickers come with every poster. Whoever has a poster on the wall automatically has the club in their pocket.
